This is a set of three patches.  Top Rocker ("Rebellion"), bottom rocker ("and Truth"), and one smaller name tag style patch ("Rebellion and Truth") for the front of your vest/jacket.  The text is a white gothic style lettering on a black background with a red border. These are custom made, so each one is slightly different.
