I am honored to have one of my paintings included in the Welsh Mythology and Legend Art Show as part of this year's 2011 West Coast Eisteddfod Festival. The piece I'm showing has been created specifically for this event and will be included in the book... 'A Welsh Alphabet' a poem by Lorin Morgan-Richards (edited by Kevin Richards & Jason Shepherd).
The show runs Friday through Sunday, but please join me for the opening reception on Friday night... enjoy some great art, meet some cool people, and have a laugh or two with yours truly.
I will be making a special trip down from the Bay Area for this event, so it will be the perfect opportunity for me to catch up with all my Los Angeles friends... and hopefully meet some new ones.

2011 West Coast Eisteddfod: Welsh Festival of Arts
Sept 23-25th
at the Barnsdall Art Park, 4800 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles, 90027
Come celebrate Welsh culture with a free outdoor festival encompassing Welsh food and drink, traditional and contemporary music, lectures, crafts, classes including Welsh language instruction, Welsh mythology art show, Celtic marketplace, demonstrations in rugby, Welsh Corgis, genealogy, storytelling, meet the Red Dragon of Wales, Welsh-American traveling exhibit, tours of the Hollyhock House created by Welsh-American Frank Lloyd Wright, and much more!
Then in the Barnsdall Theatre - on Friday Sept 23 at 6pm will be the Opening Ceremony with a special druid blessing, Welsh Choir of Southern California, Michael Aston of Gene Loves Jezebel, Monica Richards/InfraWarrior, and Paul Child (voice of Welsh Rugby). On Saturday the 24th at 3pm will be the Eisteddfod (vocal competitions), and Sunday 25th at 1:30pm will be the Welsh film festival screening 'Otherworld', 'Eldra' and 'Quarryman'.
